Our fully renovated Lefort GA 700 scrap metal shear/baler can be rented within the framework of our renting service.
The machine has a cutting force of 300 tons and it can cut through materials up to 2-6 mm. The machine has been refurbished and constructed in such a way that it weighs 39.5 tons with one two-axle tractor, so it is not too heavy, not too large, it can be transported easily.
Its hourly capacity is 2.5-3 tons, and its hourly consumption is roughly 4.5 litres. In any case, the machine can be used non-stop, without interruption of work.
The renting service is mainly designed for those plants where there is only a small amount of metal scrap from 100 to 200 tonnes per month, so it may not be worth buying a new shear/baler machine
It is also worth mentioning that the rented shear/baler operators are less eager to get out to this kind of smaller colonies, as there is too little work to be done. Thus, they often cannot work with the profit that is possible with the use of scissors, so either they do not take the job or ask for a too high price .
The machine can be rented for a day or longer term, the rental can be arranged flexibly according to individual needs.
Transportation is part of our service, so we deliver the machine to any part of Hungary free of charge. When handing over, we rent not only a tool, but also the knowledge needed to use it.
