Description
The M15E is the latest development from Officine Minelli, a fully electric material handling machine, perfectly suited for fast and continuous indoor material handling operations, with zero emissions. Its operating time is 6-10 hours, and the machine’s services can be used in 3 different modes: ECO, MEDIUM or FAST.
Versatile efficiency
One of the biggest advantages of the M15E is that the machine is equipped with two series-connected batteries and a built-in charger that provide 120V DC to the inverter, which converts the 120V DC to 80V AC to power the electric motor, as well as contributing to the machine’s long runtime.
Thanks to Officine Minelli software, the system controls the torque, speed and power required by the pump, optimizing performance and consumption. The vehicle is powered by a 32 kW, three-phase motor with a maximum speed of 2400 rpm.
The hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is powered by a Linde HPR axial piston pump, which offers truly remarkable parameters: It provides a capacity of 132 liters/minute and an operating pressure of 300 bar for the Load Sensing Syncron Control system.
The machine is controlled by a control valve block with increased flow capacity, while the Linde “LSSC” system allows for load-independent synchronization of movements, which means precise control, a higher degree of comfort and significant energy savings for the operator.
