I am a Lefort CP750 type metal scrap shear/baler machine. I was manufactured in 1994 and I have a 6 m long box.
As it is evident I’ve got a bit tired of the job over the years. To be able to face new challenges with confidence, I needed a complete overhaul. That’s when I came to the professionals at Zöld-Gépezet Ltd., who did everything they could to make sure that I could perform as if I had just got ready.
To this end, I went through the following works:
- they completely fixed my shear head
- replacement and hinging of the box’s wear place was done,
- I have got new control,
- my hydraulic pumps have been overhauled,
- I got sand blasting and painting,
- and the professionals have helped in many other ways.
I had worked in Hungary until 2020. Following my reconstruction I was moved by the experts of Zöld-Gépezet Ltd. to France in a turn-key condition. Since then I’ve been doing great, as if I’d just been born again. After all, that’s practically what happened! I feel better in my skin than ever before.
Thanks to the diligent work of Zöld-Gépezet Ltd., I can finally do what I really love and what I do best again. And this is the everyday processing of scrap metal.
