I am a scrap metal shear/baler type Taurus SM 540NP-2350.22DM . I have 500 tons of cutting power, and the length of my tray is 5 meters.

Unfortunately, at my previous workplace, I was terribly overworked, and the workers there hardly took any  time to maintain me. That is why, my condition has been deteriorated. So much that I was almost completely incapacitated.

Then came salvation! Zöld-Gépezet Co. Ltd. bought me from my earlier owner, and in order to regain my old shine, I was subjected to a full large overhaul.

Specialists carried out the following works, including but not limited to the following:

  • They have designed central greasing on me and my trailer with separate control units
  • I received a new cutter cylinder pistonrod and 2 pcs of New Door Opening Cylinder rod
  • Reline of the box was done with 4 sides
  • Replacement of the guillotine sliding element was performed
  • The slide has been plated
  • The blade nest has been repaired
  • I also underwent repair, drilling and replacement of the door cylinder pins

And even after that, the Zöld-Gépezet men still haven’t rested.

  • They welded the door cracks
  • They replaced my rear armour plate
  • They cleaned out my tank and replaced the filters
  • They fixed the foot supports
  • They replaced the hydraulic pipes and eliminated the oil flow
  • I got a new paint with sandblasting
  • My first armour plate has been repaired
  • The pusher cylinder’s pistonrod head has been repaired
  • They changed my blades
  • I got a new electric control with radio remote control
  • And also the replacement of the hold down sliding element was changed

Last but not least

  • The 6-cylinder Iveco Diesel engine and Linde pumps have been repaired and refurbished in the professional service.
  • Hydraulic distributors have been refurbished
  • All rubber tubes have been replaced
  • And all the hydraulic valves were replaced.

The list is incredibly long, isn’t it?  Well, that’s not all, I might go on, but I don’t want to bore you with the details.

The point is, I’m back to normal, and I feel better than ever before. Zöld-Gépezet Co. Ltd. has found me a perfect new job in Slovakia, where I can finally turn to my favourite activity, scrap metal processing.

And the professionals are so proud of me that they gave me a six-month guarantee on my performance!
