A SINCRO 215 Mill is a powerful granulator capable of processing any kind of electric, electronic, rigid and flexible cables. Excellent for separating copper and aluminium from other iron-free materials.
The turbo grinder ensures efficient processing of lighter materials, which helps to achieve a 99.9% purity level of non-ferrous metals by improving the separation level.
Both 3 rotary and 2 fixed knives of SINCRO 215 Eco are manufactured and adjusted to work with the highest possible cutting efficiency in the machine’s self-cooling cutting chamber. The machine is specially designed for those who need fast and efficient waste processing, so it can be operated manually or automatically with the help of a conveyor belt that can be purchased separately.
The capacity of the machine, depending on the material to be processed, is 120 kg/h. It can handle a flexible copper cable up to diameter of 12-15 mm, a rigid copper cable of 10-13 mm, and an aluminium cable with a diameter of 12-15 mm.
Like other Guidetti products, the SINCRO 215 EKO can be equipped with a conveyor or magnetic separator for its continuous supply in order to ensure perfect efficient work.
